Shipping policy
Shipping Expectation:
- As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email (system generated).
- Allow your order to be processed. Gel products are made fresh, they will have a 3-8 business day processing time before being shipped. Dry products will have a 3-5 business day processing time before being shipped. We ship using the most affordable method of delivery.
- When your order is ready to be shipped, we will print your shipping label. Tracking numbers are only generated once your shipping label has been printed.
DISCLAIMER: We strive to ship all sea moss gels between Monday and Wednesday each week. If a sea moss gel order is placed on a Thursday or Friday, we will ship the order on the following Monday. We take this precaution to prevent the package from remaining in transit over the weekend and potentially spoiling.
After your order has been processed and your shipping label has been printed you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been longer than 8 business days, please follow up with us at info@vitalitea.store
Please allow extra time during the busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, and natural disasters may cause further postal delays.
DAMAGES & ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@vitalitea.store. For a faster resolution your email should include your name, order number, pictures of the product received and any necessary details.
Please contact us up to 48 hours after delivery. We will do what we can to correct the issue. However, no refunds or replacements will be issued if more than 48 hours have passed since the order was delivered.
LOST, MISSING OR STOLEN ORDERS:
If your package has been marked as 'delivered' or 'in transit' for more than the courier's standard 10 business days without arriving, please verify the accuracy of the shipping address provided during checkout. If the address is correct and the package remains undelivered, we suggest contacting the carrier to investigate whether the package was erroneously marked as 'delivered,' potentially sent to an incorrect address, or lost in transit.
The Vitali Tea Company abides by a 48-hour window policy. This means that you have up to 48 hours to notify our customer service team regarding any delivery issues. Beyond this 48-hour grace period for domestic orders, or one week for international orders, we may not be able to initiate a product reshipment.
CANCELLATIONS:
Once your order has been packed and shipped, or if delivery was declined due to fees are not eligible for refunds. Refunds under claim will be processed once the claim is successful.
AREAS COVERED:
All estimated delivery dates and shipping costs advertised on the website apply to the contiguous United States only. As long as the address is recognized when you input the shipping details.
We currently offer free shipping for orders that are over $150.00 after discounts! (United States).
